Plain-language summary of how Kesar555 works and what you agree to by using it.

1. What this service is

Kesar555 is a free-to-play entertainment product. You play number games using virtual points that we provide at no charge. Nothing on this platform is real-money gambling.

2. Points have no value

Points are a licence to use a feature of the service, not property and not currency. They cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for cash, goods, prizes or anything else of value. Points have no value outside the service and are forfeited if your account is closed.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to register. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password and MPIN secret, and for everything done through your account.

4. How results are decided

Games that draw their own number commit to a sealed random seed before betting opens and publish that seed after settlement, so the result can be independently recomputed. Nobody, including our staff, can set, edit or reverse those results. Other games follow the result of an outside market, which our staff record once it is published. If that result was recorded wrongly, or the market corrects its own result, we correct it here, at any time, and announce the correction in the app. Every bet on that draw is then settled again against the correct number: winnings paid on the wrong number are taken back in full, even if they have already been used, in which case your balance can go below zero until later winnings or deposits cover it; and winnings under the correct number are paid.

5. Bets are final

Once placed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended. If a round is cancelled before a draw takes place, every stake in it is returned in full.

6. Fair use

Do not use automated tools, exploit faults, operate multiple accounts, or attempt to interfere with the service or other players. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Responsible play

You can set a daily stake limit, turn on session reminders, and lock your account for a period of your choosing. A break cannot be shortened or cancelled once it has started.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.

9. Your data

We store your mobile number, display name, play history and points ledger to run the service. IP addresses are stored hashed. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
